Steak and Butter Gal, also known as Bella, is a classically trained concert pianist and founder of The Steak & Butter Gang.
She graduated from The Juilliard School's Graduate Program with a Master of Music degree. After experiencing the relationship between nutrition and cognition firsthand, she healed autoimmune and health issues with the carnivore diet and now advocates through YouTube and her community.
